1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OpsDub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. The Service is provided by OpsDub ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

OpsDub is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed for iGaming game providers to manage casino operator enablement workflows, including integration tracking, document management, team collaboration, and license verification.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. One person or entity may not maintain more than one account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the Service
• Resell access to the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that violates any applicable law

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Free trial accounts that are not converted to a paid plan will be paused at the end of the trial period.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to or create within OpsDub. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We will not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsDub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy
